Snow White was the first Disney princess. "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves" was released December 21, 1937.

Cinderella became Disney's second princess when the film was released February 15, 1950.

On January 29, 1959 "Sleeping Beauty" opened and the world was introduced to Disney's third princess, Princess Aurora.

Alice in Wonderland opened on July 28, 1951. Alice and her unforgettable co-stars remain to this day some of the wackiest and memorable Disney characters.

The Little Mermaid was released on November 17, 1989 and after a thirty year mainstream Disney princess lull, Ariel became the fourth Disney princess.

Beauty and the Beast was released on November 22, 1991 and Belle became Disney's next princess.

A year after Belle, Disney's sixth princess "Jasmine" was introduced to a whole new world when Aladdin was released on November 25, 1992.
